अधिकतर लोगों के लिए वीगन बनना बेशक सस्ता है लेकिन मांस और दूध से बने भोजन की आदत छोड़ना मुश्किल होता है। भारत में कई लोग मांसाहार को जितना बुरा मानते हैं वे लोग दुग्धाहार को उतना ही अच्छा मानते हैं। इसलिए यहाँ किसी के मांसाहार छोड़ने पर उसके परिवार वाले भले ही कोई आपत्ति ना करें मगर दुग्धाहार छोड़ने पर आपत्ति करने की सम्भावना अधिक रहती है। परन्तु सत्य यही है कि वीगन आहार सर्वश्रेष्ठ होता है।

Last sentence was urs is "अगर आदतो को हम छोडेंगे तभि हम कामयाब होंगे" I feel it's really tought to give up our eating habits. But when people understand consuming this is actually deteriorating our health then people will slowly start to decrease such things from their diet, may be they won't become completely vegan but their eating habits will change permanently. After all who doesn't want a good health. On other hand, if we try to convince them that veganism is good bcz " अनिमल्स को तकलीफ नही होती, वो मरेंगे नही etc..." Then may be some will try to change but this change will be temporary. They again go back to their normal habits bcz they are not aware of health hazards of it. In a nutshell : along with ur speech also tell them abt health problems that causes bcz of nonveg and especially ant dairy.

2:23 firstly we don't eat a whole tree we eat fruits etc from it and if you say it's food chain then it's not case we are producing them in factories and sintificly a fruit is just a way to disperce the seeds aof a plant
