What you're all forgetting is that there would be no Team Cali without Boddie. That makes Boddie the Boss/Captain of the Ship. Frank was either invited or Frank asked to be on Boddie's California Street Outlaw Team that he was assembling. There is always two sides to the story. Bulling by wanting to fight someone half your size is not being a leader, it's just being a bully. Just a nother way to look at it.
