You’re welcome. I mostly just cover local events but I’ve been branching out. I’ll probably cover the Norwalk event this fall and see how it goes. If the math works out and makes it worth more trips I’ll be doing others.

Depends on the event. Check my NHRA coverage. I have lots of different angles that usually include the tree, depending on where other photographers are.

It is a slow moving class and event overall. NHRA can run 2 concurrent events with 600+ cars in 4 days. Stock/Super Stock run through so fast one is staging while the other set is making a pass.

I'm writing this BEFORE they're done. I am a huge fan of every car and pilot BUT if I have to pick ONE I hope WINS NPK 2022 it is Kayla. She's struggling, not placed too good in the points,, YET but she's show'd 'em where tha bear poops in tha buckwheat before...Can she get some breaks this year?? We'll see but I hope so. Ryan and Kye are monsters with a great many who have the stuff to take all tha marbles,, BUT I will continue holding hope that somehow,,, SOMEHOW Kayla breaks free from all that poor luck and starts taking some WINS back to her and Boosted's trailer.

When you have weight minimums for different combos, and other rules like they have in NPK you're basically looking at "no prep" Pro mod rules. You're just unlucky/have a bad builder/etc if you're not competitive. NPK is more like any other professional racing association now more than ever... unfortunately.

The man gets paid regardless so I ain't mad at him and certainly don't mean this in any negative way, I got mad love and the utmost respect for Shawn, his crew and both cars my true reason for commenting is I truly hope that Shawn isn't getting burned out mentally...I lost my true passion in life bcuz I wasn't aware that getting burned out is for real and it really happens to people, the worst part is my passion is gone never to return, sorry if I'm boring ya but I try to let people know it can happen and it's devastating

Burnout is real man. I cover a few big events a year just for the exposure. I don’t follow NPK. It’s literally just for the fans. I can only imagine a lot of the NPK guys probably feel the same. I prefer NHRA and OSCA,
