To answer some of your questions this is sudan not south sudan. And yes we speak Arabic. Some of these rappers are known some are not. Those are not the big names in the country. And basically war broke out in Sudan like 8 months ago and millions left the country. this video was shot in Egypt so all of these rappers are among the people who crossed the borders to Egypt.
