потому что таких как он там 100 и 1000 уникальных музыкантов играют на каждом шагу. Для них это обычное дело. В россии и покруче есть, просто тут они не играют. Они в Англии и в других странах) Еслиб в России музыкант такого уровня играл- егоб менты повязали за 1-незаконное предпринимательство, 2- нарушение общественного порядка. 3- звукоусиление (микрофоны, колонки) запрещены без письменного разрешения- это считается митингом. 4- попрошайничество, хулиганство в общественном месте запрещено. 5- Рок- это побуждение к "действию" и расценивается как "протест". И тебя так "отымеют" по этим судам, штрафам, что после забудешь как играть и что такое "творчество"
