My Grandfather lived right across from the rail yard you turned around at. Some of my fondest memories are sitting on the front porch with him in the 70’s, watching the diesels pull in and out of that yard all day. Thanks for the video.

Main Street in West Brownsville is the original Route 88 that went up the hill through Blainsburg right across from where you filmed the first Train. All those Coal cars come through Waynesburg from Baily, Enlow, and Harvey mines. They will also be hauling sand on that line into the old Emerald complex in the very near future.

In West Brownsville it’s mostly Norfolk Southern but CSX does make appearances due to trackage rights. Norfolk Southern has a yard in West Brownsville but it’s a shell of its former self. Great video!

I'm glad you've been taking more train videos lately! This is the county I live in. I've done lots of photo-railfanning in Brownsville but never took a video there before. About ten years ago there was still lots of Conrail blue running on all those coal trains.
