Baking soda is not healthy & it is deep fried that is also not healthy besan batter can be prepared without adding baking soda because for preparing bread, yeast, maida (not at all healthy),sugar,salt,baking soda,baking powder are used to prepare bread. When bread already has these things why should we add baking soda? This recipe is mouthwatering but it is not completely healthy especially after seeing how much potato has been used
