Aloo ke Bondy baney ki to recipe mein aapko bataa deti hoon :- Sabsey pehley besan lekar usmein thoda namak or hing , thodi haldi dalkar uska pakodi jaisa ghool means betar bana kar 15 - 20 minute ke liye chod dein taaki besan fool jaye tab tak aap Aloo ubal kar unka chilka utar kar usmein namak , mirch , haldi , dhaniya , hing , chaat masala , thodi kaali mirch ya hari mirch according to swadanusar istemaal karein , hara dhaniya dalkar iss pithi mein chonk lagana hai . Tab tak aap doosari kadahi mein Sarson ya olive oil ya koi doosara khane wala tail bhi istemaal kar saktein hain bass badhiya hona chahiye phir aap tail garam hone ke liye rakh dein or doosari taraf tayyar pitthi mein Chonk lagane ke liye aap Sarson ka tai l ya olive oil le sakte hain usmein ( chonk se pehle aapko Frozan matar dhokar ek side rakhni hai) to pehley oil mein rai or jeera dalein uskey baad bareek pyaj dalkar bhuney jab wo light brown ho to aap kadi patta daal dein uskey baad matar dalkar 2 minute tak bhueny phir usmein aap haldi or hing daal or haldi dalkar bhunaney phir aap usmein aloo ki pithi daal kar usey 2 minute ke liye chalayein taaki sab indigrediants achchey se mil jaye . Uskey baad set huey besan ke ghool thoda tight ho jata hai to usmein thoda pani dalkar ghol tayyar kar lein phir tayyar pitthi ko gol - gol ladoo jaisa banakar usey besan ke ghol mein achchey se dip karkey garam tail meri daal kar golden brown hone tak bhuney lekin usey low flame karlein taaki wo ander tak crispy hokar bhun jaaye . Or chatni to aap to hari dhaniya or pudhina lekar usmein adrak , lehsun ka paste usmein jeere ko bhunkar daalein uskey saath hi daal or lal mirch ko bhunkar usey thanda karke jaar mein daal dein phir usmein chane ya urad ki daal ko bhunkar phir usey thanda karke usmein namak or 2 chammach sirka dalkar mix karein .
