He needs to slow down a bit. He's leaving some debris behind, although it could be it just needs some maintenance (sweepers get to where they won't pick up debris as good after awhile and will need tweaking a bit).

Agreed. He's going way too fast. When sweeping especially over alot you go slower not faster but slower that way you get it all. If not then back up and go over slowly
