STREET TRIAL ⎮ CANYON STITCHED CFR TRIAL OPTIMISATION 2024

18 mois que je roule sur ce Canyon Stitched CFR Trial. Un VTT de Street ultra performant qui demande cependant quelques modifications pour exprimer pleinement son potentiel.
Aujourd'hui à 8,7kg sans compromis sur la fiabilité des pièces, je pense avoir l'arme idéale pour attaquer cette saison 2024. Je vous en dis plus dans cette vidéo.

Hello, Les tubolito, tu n'as pas eu de soucis? En route et gravel y a beaucoup de mauvais retours, je me demande ce que c'est en trial où l'on roule peu. Merci

c'est un peu plus léger mais honnêtement c'est hors de prix et surtout pas plus solide qu'une chambre normal

Very nice setup! As you know I'm also using Tubolito Cargo since a long time now and still had no puncture even hitting the rim very hard a few times 🙂 And talking about the rims... they are also still just fine. No issues. I might try the Maxxis Tyres as that is the part where you can save most of the weight. What about the Spank rear Hub ?! Is it reliable ? Are you still riding 175mm cranks ?

Hi Martin, the Spank hub is the most reliable I have ever had. 300g, 102 engagement points, it is perfect and less expensive than other hubs. Concerning the length of the cranks to be honest I have a bike equipped with 170 mm and another bike equipped with 175 mm I don't feel the difference....

@@yohantri Good to know that the Spank Hubs are great and light 🙂 Regarding the crank, I also use 170mm on my Enduro Bike but it happened to me a few times that I slipped off the pedal to the front. Maybe its just because I instinctive try to place my foot a bit more in front of the pedal axle 😕

Salut yo ! As tu eu l’occasion d’essayer les Hayes dominion ? Un trialiste anglais de grande renommée vante leurs puissance et je n’ai pas l’impression d’avoir entendu de bruit désagréable sur ses vidéos.. peut être ont ils un poids élevé ? Ou peut être toujours ce problème d’utilisation de DOT.. Merci pour tes vidéos instructives, quel plaisir de voir du beau matériel!

En effet Ali Clarkson en parle de façon très positive. Je me pose des questions justement car le bruit des Magura est pénible 😂

I think you can go lower😅 I change rotors from HC to SL.2 40g less. I think SL are better. You can also change brake lever clamps to carbon from Magura . Titanium bolts to lever, caliper, hose from Ali. Many companies make titanium axles for stamp pedals. Rekon tyres are fantastic! I love them. I like your videos and get a lot of inspiration from them😉 My Fourplay weight 9,15kg without carbon parts and CB cranks.

KMC Z1 narrow or wide? Why not the Z1eHX? It seems to be used alot in trials and on the Inspired Team bikes.

I use the KMC Z1 narrow, I have never had any problems with this chain so I am keeping it.

Jolie machine 👍 Perso, j'achète uniquement des kits cadre. A chaque fois que je prennais un vélo complet, j'avais quasiment tout changé au bout d'un mois... 😅 Mais en street trial, c'est peut-être plus difficile à trouver en kit cadre.

Salut Yohan, top le velo ca donne vraiment envie de le tester, petite question bien que la selle soit tres jolie ! Elle n'est pas un peu lourde ? Pourquoi ne pas passer sur un modele en plastoc pour gratter ces quelques derniers grammes bien que la diff soit a peine notable ! 😁
