I like how you put nbxa-style competitors only so it looks like progressive sets workout event. But real first places pseudogymnast winners (who showing where this sport heads to) not. lol
@OfficialBarstarzz11 жыл бұрын
My camera has a battery life we weren't able to record hours of footage so this is a highlight of the footage we were able to get. 2nd place is shown in the video he has a purple shirt. Whats nbxa style competitors? Everyone brought their own style to the table. Stop hating, and do something with that energy #barstarzz
@Asabado11 жыл бұрын
OfficialBarstarzz Stating the truth is not hating. If its about bringing styles and meeting to move you dont need medals, cups and judges in first place. Dont worry about my energy, flows the right way :))
@OfficialBarstarzz11 жыл бұрын
Adam Raw I actually agree with you on that. How many meet ups we hosted and been apart of that had no competitions? No one is forced to compete. If you choose to compete then have fun winning awards, being judged, and attending cups. Some people like the competition aspect and agree to compete. You can learn, progress, be healthier. and be happy never attending a competition ever. If its not your thing then its not your thing, let other people have their fun without riding their backs and minding their business.
@Asabado11 жыл бұрын
OfficialBarstarzz There is no point in competitions that are not fair. There can never be fair competition in calisthenics conditioning without weight categories. I am not against healthy competition. I am against commercial gymnastics like concept without fair rules that Federation created. And as I am part of the street workout, I of course dont like people fucking this sport up on international level. :)
@Asabado11 жыл бұрын
OfficialBarstarzz with this concept we see clearly what its all becoming, transforming into lightweight pseudogymnastics moves sport. Hard strength elements without categories can never determine a fair competition in first place. So this concept automatically eliminate any heavyweight workouters and on international level makes this a ''light boys'' sport in peoples eyes but also makes it a ''hunt for the moves'' instead of just working out for health. Thats a wrong think, in first place its a fitness-tru-calisthenics a healthy lifestyle and conditioning. I saw your champions eating junk foods, knowing nothing about health and performing their stuff just due to light/short bw composition and gymnastics background. What this have to do with sw ideas? Dont worry I know real truth. Maybe you dont so I recommend to wake up. Or everything is money right?

@OfficialBarstarzz11 жыл бұрын
Both are spectacular athletes and we encourage people to look for other videos of the event. Unfortunately are camera batteries ran out while covering the event so we did not get footage of the whole event. Sadkov was the first place winner and Dejan was the third place winner. Thanks for pointing this out. #barstarzz

I have worked out with different bartender, barstarrz and Harlem seal members at different parks in NYC. In order to build the explosive strength necessary to "dance and clap on the bar" these guys put in crazy amounts of controlled movement work and a very high rep count. I'm talkin 500 pull up workouts or like 200 muscle UPS. Countless handstand push-UPS repeated 20 second front lever holds and planche push-UPS galore. NY calisthenics has a different feel to eastern European calisthenics. A lot of them guys have gymnastics backgrounds while in NY we just do street workouts.

Agreed, slow and controlled movements require much more strength an are more impressive. A few cliche front levers and spins on the bar get boring after a while. But I guess it's just barstarzz style to be more"explosive" Zef from barbarians is explosive and extremely strong . I wish he would compete.

As far as I remember the idea of SW was something like "Street Workout is all about your imagination in trainings, healthy lifestyle and enjoy it". There wasnt supposted to be any competitions at all in this sport, it is totaly broken now, I do not support it anymore and I stopped being a workout guy, instead I just keep training when I want, where I want, how much I want.

When I watch all these moves I see gymnastics, breakdance and workout. I would love to see actual impressive workouts which are well thought and entertaining to watch, rather than a mix of different sports whereby those competitions lose an actual meaning. Right now it seems more like well trained guys try to impress with sloppy gymnastic/breakdance moves but give me no reason to watch when theres actual worldclass competition for it already.

they're probably around 200 pounds. which is whatever but to control their own body in these positions is spectacular body strength. most people who do this can lift a lot more than average people their size. not to mention it tones their body more and keeps them in control of their body. gnome sayin?
