I'm surprised they could dribble under there legs without it hitting there pants

@Eratix Apparently, their is a new sport called "Streetball," it's based on basketball except that most of the rules that are actually enforced in basketball are not in "Streetball" so you are pretty free to do anything, as long as you don't go out of bounds... I think.

People don't realize how long ago this was. This was way back from like '05 when there was still some room for originality. Give credit where it's due instead of going to a streetball video and complaining about the carries you know you're going to see.

I doubt anyone remembers or can help me but I'm trying to find a street ball ankle breakers mix from a looong time ago. I remember watching it in like 2007 on KZbin. It was about 5ish minutes long and had This Is The Carter by Lil Wayne playing in the background. I think it has been deleted since I can't find it!

In real competitive streetball, they may not call carries that are in the gray, but they WILL call the obvious carries like when people get all fancy flipping the ball around and stuff like that. In the video it doesn't look too competitive, more like friends just messing around, but yeah, the moves are pretty smooth so I have to give them respect for that.

I'm pretty sure the majority of these are at Rose Mofford park in Phoenix AZ (arched posts shot at night). One of them looked like Encanto park and I couldn't tell with the indoor shots. A couple shots did not look familiar at all ... so hard to tell.

streetball = 1 on 1, double dribble and carrying
@tom42402iscool13 жыл бұрын
In competitive streetball, they do flashy moves, but they DO call traveling and they play real defense, not like the And 1 stuff you see on tv. Actually, one of the things in streetball that causes arguments in a lot of games are when someone gets called for a travel and they disagree. At one of the places I play, they call travel and they even do double teaming and press in the backcourt.

street ball suppose to be the flashier side of the game. To be more creative within to perimeters of the standard version of the game. so while some of those gimmicks looked interesting, generally speaking if I'm allowed to hold the ball and run like a receiver I think everyone should be a street legend. by the way as good as some of these guys think they are they not be NBA bound...NFL maybe but not nba
