It's a strat that only works for so long, you can only brute force headshots and keep going forward like a tank for a little ammount of time in your boxing/striking career before the doc goes "so if you keep doing that you might actually genuinely die or end up with long term brain damage" : P Also its more so specific places on the headshot that will make you go asleep, if you position your head right you can brute force against it

When things were at their very worst: 2 Suns, Cross in the sky, 2 comets will collide = don`t be afraid - repent, accept Lord`s Hand of Mercy. Scientists will say it was a global illusion. Beware - Jesus will never walk in flesh again. After WW3 - rise of the “ man of peace“ from the East = Antichrist - the most powerful, popular, charismatic and influential leader of all time. Many miracles will be attributed to him. He will imitate Jesus in every conceivable way. Don`t trust „pope“ Francis = the False Prophet - will seem to rise from the dead - will unite all Christian Churches and all Religions as one. One World Religion = the seat of the Antichrist. Benedict XVI is the last true pope - will be accused of a crime of which he is totally innocent. Yeah that could have gone either way, but it was obvious Mayhem had WAY more power in his punches. I could feel those nasty hook shots through the monitor. He had a good solid base and really got that kinetic energy off with every hard swing. That guy can throw bombs. He stayed very calm, too. Black Chan was quicker and lighter on his feet and was doing more damage on the ground, so Mayhem may need to work on that going forward. He had to wait out the clock on a couple of occasions to avoid taking damage with his back exposed. But standing? Man had some beautiful shots.

I had to rewatch it a couple of times. Blackie Chan keeps his guards down a lot and it gave way for all of the major shots to land. Meyham switching levels with the inside calf kick then straight jab was pretty dope. It really made Blackie keep his guard down. Awesome fight, thanks everyone involved! (and the fighters especially !)
@shemshem9998
@shemshem9998 2 жыл бұрын
na man, the groundwork was his weak point tbh, positions he got his opponent in on the ground, where he went face down and arms to the side etc, like in 3:33 is the easiest position to get strangleholds and arm lock-in, but if you look throughout this competition none of them achieves any propper strangleholds (except that goulltine hold though, that was pretty well done), or arm locks. there were a lot of chances there, and he missed all of them, realizing how he got no single hold on him. I specialize in grappling and groundwork submission, groundwork was his weakest game, if my opponent goes into fetus positions like that, does not fight back, he will doom himself, and you cant get him into a proper hold of some kind, you really got to train groundwork. I bet that both have not done things like judo and BJJ because both seemed to be way better with kicks and striking

@@negativeslim that was a nice clock but he kept up his grappling well after that, it was far from over but getting bagged like that definetly slows you down. Blackie absolutely still killed it in terms of pressure most of the time, Meyham just had the couple strikes that really mattered I feel. I thought Blackie had it in the bag until those handful of bad kicks he took.

@@jerodfisher3119 Skilled striker? Absolutely. Better timing and shot selection by far. But Mayhem's defensive grappling left a lot to be desired. Otherwise he wouldn't have been taken down at will by a "novice" and allowed that novice to take his back, flatten him out, and rain GnP on him at multiple points throughout the fight.

The ability to throw down like these guys did was amazing, both warriors no matter what creed. And when they are the only two in the ring, they both know it. That none of that shit matters. Only the heart and soul that goes into fighting like you wanna win.

@@Chris-bd6uc What a wack statement. So because they aren't in a contract with the UFC, chosen by the UFC, competing to become a professional, and then make it as a professional in the UFC... They can't be considered an athlete? That's really some dumb shit to be saying. What's your definition of an athlete lol. They know how to fight, they very clearly train, that's about as obvious as it gets. They fight competently, using technical moves you really only learn through training. Bro, athletes can consist of professionals or amateurs, both are equally in the same category of an athlete... The world has an incredibly vast amount of trained fighters. It's not always about what you see on ESPN lol. The UFC is just one league in a world with 8 billion people in it... Anyways every fighter you mentioned was once an amateur fighter prior to their UFC contract, but I guess they weren't athletes while on their path to train and potentially make it big. SMH

@@DJayAce4 no your statement is whack! lol.. dont take away from REAL athletes who put their life and soul into a sport and make it their life by putting dudes who train 3 times a week to fight once a month on the weekend in someones back garden at an amateur level in the same boat as them. . like i said, they are strong and tough and could take on most guys who don't train. Athletes??? you need to be skilled and proficient in your sport/activity. not mediocre . If any of these guys stepped into the ring with a real athlete who puts everything he has into his sport day and night they would get their head taken off tell me different?.. they train hard, they fight hard, doesn't make them athletes.. i bet you are an advocate for participation trophies too ayy?

BChang made A LOT of rookie mistakes, like that spinning backkick at 3:09, which is IMPOSSIBLE to do without telegraphing, that kick had NO chance of landing. Plus, BC needs to learn to bring up his hands upon incoming punches, that's why he got clocked at least 3 times, it really looks like BC lacks basic defense-boxing skills. BC took a lot of unnecessary hits. He's not the smartest fighter
