The owner seems to be very good guy as his Cooks haven't left him since the days he started the restaurant.Taking care of staff , keeping them happy & not letting them go elsewhere is probably the secret of his success. I live in Hyderabad, Pakistan since 1979 (when I was 4 years of age) and grown up here. Now I'm 45 and I've had all the special dishes of my city including street junk food. I think Mr. Zia is not much aware about other specialities and places of Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan. If Mr. Zia contact me, I can take him to other places & food spots where he can find more special dishes of my Hyderabad city, as Hyderabad isn't much far from Karachi, just 1 hour & 30 minutes drive between both cities. All these cuisines including the pashtun Baloch food is very famous in pak and is tasty too. India me in 3 sheher ki Muslim cuisine chhorhdo, to kya famous hai? south India k dosa idly sambhar bas? West me Indian food means Indian Muslim n Pakistani food. South Indian means idly dosa. Koi Nahi puchhta hai west me daal baati and Litti chokha ko.
