You know what...as you mentioned that this dhaba is on GT road i.e. Grand Trunk Road. GT road in itself has diverse cuisine as It runs roughly, 3,710 km from Bangladesh to Kabul, Afghanistan, passing through Chittagong and Dhaka in Bangladesh, Kolkata, Allahabad (Prayagraj), Delhi, and Amritsar in India, and Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar in Pakistan. I stay in Delhi and GT road passes quite near from my residence ..hardly half a kilometre away from me..such a beauty of this route called GT Road ...same road thru different nations bringing different cuisines from almost same ingredients ❤️️😀

Chandragupta Maurya of the Maurya Empire in ancient India, built his highway along this ancient route called Uttara Patha in the 3rd century BCE.
