The vibe of this place is very similar to Cyber Hub in Gurgaon/Gurugram near Delhi. Aapke wahan bhature mein dal ki stuffing hoti hogi shayad. Par humare yahan poori aur bhature mein yeh farak hai ki poori atta/maida/mixed se banta hai. Usko goondne ke liye bas pani, tel, namak aur kalonji (optional) use hota hai aur saath hi saath bana sakte hain. Jab ki bhature maide mein hi bante hain. Usko goondne ke liye dahi, yeast (optional) use kiya jata hai aur usko kaafi der tak rakha jata hai talne se pehle taki khameer aa jaye acche se. Bhature mein aloo, paneer ki stuffing bhi ki jati hai, but that is optional.
