Blessed, I know that you're feeding hungry people and thats' a good thing, but you can make it more hygenic & healthy. To the guy's sharing the food, you really should be wearing gloves if you're going to also be directly touching people's food. I would cover the large platters of meat in order to keep away those damn flies!. Finally, to the men sitting down away from the food, why not just grab a broom and sweep up the garbage and dirty water that's collected next to the bikes there. Surely, you don't want to eat next to garbage, this is a part of the reason why there's flies hanging around. However, I do appreciate the uploading of the video and the food does look good--enjoy.
