I'm very sorry to hear about Old G Turtle. I didn't know he got killed in1989 . Me and Turtle 🐢 we did time together as kids back in 1977 in a juvenile camp called camp Afflerbaugh in La Verne Ca. Can anyone identify that he was at camp Afflerbaugh in 77 . The Turtle I knew had a perm before they cut it off at camp. Even though I'm Mexican American (Chicano) from , well originally from Phoenix Arizona but move to El Monte in 1974 I really feehurt and sad that my old camp friend had to leave us so early. May Old G Turtle rest in peace 🙏 Amen

Said he had a condo on South Beach for years. The money was pouring into cups how it was overflowing. My Aunty said the same thing. Money was everywhere. I know all da legendary names in these streets grew up together. They all knew each other from childhood before the turf wars split em up. My older cousins and uncles legendary down here. Dem boys from Overtown created all dat shit up through Dade. Boobie Boys was started by niggas from Overtown, Booby was from Town. Vonda from Town. John Doe was started by dudes from Town. All them broke off and started they own shit taking over turf from different parts of Dade.
