Unsung MVP … ARP rod bolts! (Heads studs and MLS heads gaskets surely don’t hurt for boosted but I’ve seen a few stock rod bolts stretch and snap with NA, personally have not broken shit with induction, but plan too lol)

nice one scotty. Thats mint.. I had many cooling issues with my old setup. Ran twin au falcon fans and extansion tank (ran more volume of coolant cause toyota soarer has one factory). thats what kept it cool for me.

25psi on stock 1U rods is brave! Funny little motors. G40-1150 on a 4 litre with cams on 25psi to make 624hp on a hub. Stock intake manifold and head ports kill them.

Put a better set of either twin thermo fans or an fg single fan in it! Even setup a water sprayer system onto the radiator to keep it cooler in the hotter weather !

I owned same type of lexcen wagon when it was 2 years old with 140 thousand KMs ex reps wagon My late father had same model in a Commodore it drove beautiful I only bought it for two reasons because it was named after the late great 👍 Ben lexcen rip ,🕯️🙏 plus it had a Toyota badge The lexcen Newport flagship was way more attractive than the Holden Calais Cheers Stevo from QLD 🤠✌️🦘🐨🦘👍

Yea, thatten's gonna be a handful!!!! Bloody strong power out of that set up!!! For the heat maybe look at shortening the fan shroud? Wondering if having it sit that close to the front of the engine with the turbo x-over pipe down there isn't allowing the air to move around the engine and out the back of the engine bay easily.
