One of the things I’ve learned is that you can’t take back what you said to your spouse. Mabel had a chance to redeem herself and should’ve apologized sooner. But every chance she had, she blew it. Kind people like Felix have limits. The verbal abuse Mabel threw at him was one thing, but sleeping around, was definitely the last straw for him. The damage is done, and she can’t fix it.
