More so before before all the upgrades to the track here. Surface is way smoother vs before when cars used to bounce like crazy. Especially the second half. They also removed a lot of the grass between the lanes and put up better/real safety barriers. I still looks mostly the same but is a lot safer.

The crowds and atmosphere at War in the Woods at Brown County are taking no prep small tire to next level. Awesome racing and awesome video too guys. It was a combination of the chute grabbing the bumper and Billy pedaling the the car keeping the back wheels spinning.. if the back wheels hadn't been spinning and were locked up from the brakes, it would have likley ripped the chute strap or the bumper off before it turned the car any meaningful amount. It was as If God seen he needed just a little help , so he let the chute grab it.

After watching the slow motion video of the Nova it's a BLESSING his chute snagged your drivers corner of your bumper. You were pointed STRAIGHT at the woods and the tires very well could have bit into the pavement and caused the car to roll. By him grabbing your bumper it snatched you 180* the other way in a fraction of a second saving the car from catastrophe in my opinion. You and Tommy are both amazing drivers. Glad everything turned out safe and sound!! I watched my dad spin and flip 4 times after the transmission broke in our '71 Nova at 150mph in the 8th right at the stripe. I was 12 when that happened, ever since I never take my eyes off a car until it makes the turn onto the return road.
