STREETS OF BARCELONA - 360 CAMERA FLOW SKATING

Yoo I'm back with another one take video after the J. Cole one I did in London got blocked due to a copyright claim.... :-(
This time I skated, on a warm Sunday morning of January, from the area of Gracia all the way down to the beach of Barceloneta. Such a fun route! I took the main road because it's the best to skate in my opinion, the part of Passeig de Gracia down to the Cathedral of Barcelona is one of my favourites... and of course i had to roll on the amazing surface of Placa Catalunya! I tried to give you a sneak peek of Casa Mila but of course security blocked us haha
I love to stop to street performers and this time we met some pretty cool ones! I was too much in the flow to stop for too long tho haha
Even got to see a bit of the food market in Barceloneta but i think i was going to fast for you to understand what was there... I'm sorry!
Next videos will be better, I'm still trying to figure out what is the best format.
Also editing the 360 footage from my phone with Free Capture takes away a bit of quality but makes the video a lot more cool in my opinion.

Magnificent as always Nico! Edit* I definitely like the music in the videos, but it would be cool to layer in some of the skate sounds, or to drop the music down when you do some of your slides to get some crispy skate noises. I'll watch every video either way though.

This is a way heavy comment for an inline skating youtube video and the only time in 10+ years ive ever commented on youtube.... Man, Nicola, I just got into skating as a way to keep active and your videos have I spired me to work towards so much more. You're an artist out there on your skates! Easily my favorite of any of the urban skaters I've found on KZbin. EASILY. I remember in school reading an essay by Federico Garcia Lorca about the "spirit of the duende" in Spanish/Portuguese culture. I don't know how best to describe but Lorca says flamenco dancers and bullfighters conjure it when they perform, giving them senses of irrationality, an awareness of death and danger and a defiance in the face of it, as well as a "diabolical touch" haha. Anyhow, like I said, getting a little heavy here. But your skating epitomizes the incredible feeling of getting lost in your art, and suddenly existing on a different, MUCH GROOVIER plane than simple reality. In simpler words, you're the shit and I can't wait for more videos!

Like the balance of views and the soundtrack. I find most videos shot with 360 cameras to be a little hard to watch because of the reduced image quality and smoothness; I find myself wishing I could see better what you're doing. I don't know anything about them so I don't know whether there are choices you can make that improve that or not, but I'd vote for maximizing the quality at all times.. Absolutely love your fluidity and style!

Please keep the music. It's what separated you from others, The hip hop influence is really strong on your style, with out the music it will never be the same. I can tell you listen to this music when you skate, so it flows so naturally.
