Thank you so much for your comment ☺ in order to play this you need the sega genesis or sega mega drive emulator on your pc it's free to download. then you need to go onto google and type in "sega genesis rom files" or "sega mega drive rom files" then onnce youv'e done that download "streets of rage 2" then after that head back to google and look for whatever hack or mod you want for the streets of rage 2 game. i hope this message wasn't too confusing 😅 if you'd like i can add all the links in the description for you 😃
