Hardest trophy to get in this game is the complete a level without getting hit it is virtually impossible to not get hit the way enemies attack from behind and below and also the boss being overpowered

Really surprised to hear people are complaining about Blaze tbh. I haven't played much with the other characters, but I figured she was super strong, or even overpowered. Her blitz attack is insane. lol

@@View619 Lack of strong tools? She's even easier to combo with now just from spamming her new rekka punches. Blaze's new moves are easily up there with Shiva & Estelle's new moves. Well she's better than Estelle since Estel's grenades require set up. Blaze just opens combos with her new moves. The SOR4 online community has always been bad so whatever.

@@iconoclast575 Yeah I think she's the best right now, Blaze plays like SOR3 Zan now, but she's even more of a powerhouse than he was. Try out SOR3 Blaze New moves. She jumps flips all over the place like a ninja now. Not as good as new SOR4 Shiva, Estel & Blaze tho. SOR4 online fanbase is weird, they always overrate Axel when you're the only playa I've seen who's good with him lol.

So I noticed that in this update, the shield cops are now able to pick their weapons back up and swing said weapon while shieldless. They appear to have grown a few brain cells overtime.

I just can't understand WHY I can't make my character perform a DASH and dash attacks and just WALK while enemy grunts and bosses can walk around FASTER than my character. I frame implementations on players and enemies are fine, but I prioritze in having MOBILITY when I fight in games like this instead of waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalking sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowly.

This game was such a disappointment. From the artwork to the animations. Entire game feels like it was made by A.I. It's cookie cutter form is the same as other side scroller remakes during this time. No run animation...just a lot of things felt off

Unlock that move by playing Survival, equip it in the character select screen and then do double tap forward and attack to do it.

Hold up and the jump button before you hit the ground to land on your feet when you are thrown. Look into what are called i-frames to avoid damage from attacks

If you want a physical copy, Streets of Rage 4 Anniversary Edition (PS4/Switch) includes the base game and the Mr. X Nightmare DLC with new characters and moves. If you buy it digitally, they're usually separate (or maybe bundled together for a discount).

One can only do so much on the lag performance crashing on game of weapons on screen and enemies game in general but if something could be done like remove some weapons only keep good ones enemies don't bring more and when they die they go away faster and a save feature would be nice some features in survival mode for arcade and stage select would be nice.
