I have, It was suppose to make the game balanced not to be another fun Mod like others have made, i tend to play the og game most of the time and the few times i've tried reignited mod was cuz i was expecting the game to be better and more balanced than what developers gave us in v8, But its still unbalanced, I'll give you one example: Max 4 feels more like Max 2 than Max 2 himself.
