Ver 1.09: You can no longer infinite bosses, other bosses drop in 1/3 of the way through a boss fight, and the Mania+ enemies adapt to how well you play, via some sort of AI. I have no idea why the developers did this. Maybe they watched videos like this, and decided they needed to make it more difficult, for the 10 people in the world who can actually play this well.
