@@Marxiton right, it’s a fan made mod in a fan made game. Streets of Rage Remake is a game where all Streets of Rage games, excluding 4’s content is combined into one game, on top of that there is a mode called SORMaker where you can make you own streets of rage style game with other graphics as well as play others, this is what allows me to play these cool mods.

there is an in game cheat that you can unlock via points that can give you unlimited lives, normally you have up to 5 lives then two continues, i try my best to stay under one continue when i can. But 15 lives maximum.
