me and a friend have been thinking about doing a speedrun (seedless). any tips for new speedrunners? because we suck

There's not a lot that comes to mind other than just trying to clear quests as fast as possible, for a time saving strat though, do missions that require you to destroy generators first, as you can damage them enough to set them off but not explode, and you teleport during that time to avoid hostile npcs chasing you and disrupting your teleporting
