4:45 theres also a rare spawn on the shelfs to the right. ive found bitcoin and roler and stuff. 10:45 also its easy to die going in and out of there but ive found lots of ledx in that little garage so might be worth checking :)

Yeah I just figured that out on stream on Saturday after failing it 5x in a row looking straight forward I just looked up in that direction and no issue. I think if you look forward or down your head is too far forward and it hits the window frame to push you off before you crouch

In unity credit bank theres a conference room with a table seems they added valuable spawns there all on top found a lion and just sitting in there. Probably worthwhile to quick check before moving into presidential around 26:40

Thanks for the guide! Learnt a lot of new loot spots to check on the way :D A couple of things I like to do as well; I always vault om the shelf by chek 13 to check most of the spawns since the key is 3m+. Negotiation building has good loot + guaranteed relax room key (has like 12 different spawns including behind the lock). Most of the valueable loot spawns in relax are inside the couches, so you got to hover it (relax has been hella nerfed last week though). Tarbank has 2 rooms with safe and cash register that net like 150-200k+- in rubles/dollar/euro. Love the osrs music you’re playing in your videos.

In negotiation building if you loot the rooms in the hallway, there are multiple rare spawns for tetris/gpu's and streamer items, also has rare relax room key spawn

Yeah I normally hit it on scav I should have mentioned more about it I just tunnel vision mail/chek when I'm in that part of the map so I normally avoid negotiation on pmc, definitely worth hitting if you don't have all keys yet tho

super good loot guide. gotta say you did negotiation key a little dirty. the relaxation key sells for good money and have gotten it pretty commonly. also, heaps of gold spawns in there. like 2-3 on the floor and 1-2 on the table where the key spawns. still, great video man!

Yeah I recorded it earlier in the wipe before I learned about how free it was, that said even on current profit runs I'll skip it to make sure I get chek first because if I'm in raid for 15+min it turns into zombies w/ pscavs

u can get the relax key for free in the bsg office 100% spawn rate, it has about 11 different spawn locations inside the building defo worth checking even if not using the key 200k , personally the relax room is worth hitting if u can hit it, super risky based where it is defo something i would recommend someone to hit after 5-10 mins in raid. on scav runs the amount of times ive checked that bsg office its been looted but not a single person has picked it up.

What do you do when you get full? Do you continue the route despite the full backpack in hopes of better things to replace stuff with? Also do you take in a backpack + empty rig/s like Hyperrat and Sheef to maximize runs or do you just get full and dip, reset for efficiency and time? Yeah like I said it's a good room especially for the price, it's just on the opposite side of the map from the main loot pool. I'd love to see them flesh out pinewood next wipe with some key rooms that are worth anything to diversify the runs a little when loot farming then I could justify it

imgur.com/a/hN47kq4 i play w/ texture quality and anti aliasing on high but besides that everything is off/low, i also have the option on the bottom "streets lower texture rez mode" checked but it didn't help at all before i upgraded to 32gigs of ram. i'm guessing you're running a newer gen I7 or I9 cpu but if not that could be part of the problem as streets is horribly optimized
