Mike Evans got the best of Marshon this past matchup but he still contributed big time to the defense with his tackling. He made some big tackles and he came up and set the edge when buckey tried to run outside. In the 2nd half our offense played keep away controlling the clock. Tampa only had the ball a believe 3 times. We played great complementary football for the first time this season in all 3 fases

A few things: They changed the defensive gameplan on the second half. ML was on the #2 while they doubled Evans. Mikey is their slot CB however he’s playing on the outside because he has no choice due to the talent deficiency.

You all HAVE to stop discrediting what Lattimore has done since coming to the team. He tackles MORE THAN ANY OTHER of our DBS. Yes, he has been giving up catches in coverage. No it isnt exactly what we would like to see from him. We hope for him to be more dominant. But he COMPETES. So much harder and better than any of our other defensive backs besides Mikey. Those are tackles BSJ and some of others miss or cant make consistently. I see more fight and emotion out of him than I do our other backs. He still has upside and is young, can recover and be a big piece going forward after this season too. He is so much better than any of the other guys we had out there.

I think it is interesting that you said Aaron Rodgers was "running the team" and if so, why not interview him for head coach? It would not be even beyond the pail to consider he could draft a new QB and be the backup QB while also being the head coach. It has been a while since we have seen player-managers but it can be done.
