Streetside Classics "Wow"

My son and I went to Streetside Classics today January 27th 2017. It was a great experience. The people were helpful and the cars were plenty. Some of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen. It's all indoors and temperature-controlled so a great place to go look with plenty of selection for your next classic car. I'm even considering getting them to sell my Cobra Kit car for me. I would normally do something like this myself however I'm sure that they have lots of people that come check their inventory and look for things like what I have. Enjoy the video but I'm sure if you go down there it will be a whole lot better than my video.
If you know where some cars are stored, contact me. Id love to hear about them. Id love to do a video of them for the world to see. Maybe there is something you have that s omeone out there has been looking for their whole life.

Nice video and you can never go wrong taking your children with you to car shows, I went junk yard hopping with my dad in the '70s looking for car parts for a '52 chevy deluxe. I never forget those days. Today you cant even take your children junk yard hopping under 18 due to ins. Regulations. Its a different world for those good times of car parts shopping in salvage yards with young people, I now have grand kids and would love to teach them the art of searching for less expensive used good car parts. Cant do salvage yards now but we can and do go to car shows.

My 19 year old son begged me to let him go to a local shade tree junk yard with 500 cars. Son came back wanting to diesel trucks the guy had. He was suposed to look for several parts for me. Lol

My Great Aunt's husband has a 70? Modle Buick Riv.he is the original owner 67,000 original miles , black factory leather buckets in the front and back? I believe. 25-30 years ago he changed the paint from black to cherry black and recromed the exterior. Its very nice and kept in heated and cooled storage since the redo. Its a large car but it has a suspension upgrade from the factory. I no these cars ar collectables, need to find out to what extent. Its not cheap , but he wants me to buy it . The price is the same as the professional paint and crome work he had done decades ago. Its stunning and runs like new. Would like to know if you see these and at what price? Any help is sincerely unappreciated. He is getting up in years and want to sell. Cool guy.

Understand this will be a labor of love, not a labor of love of $. At 83 he believes this automobile to be overlooked and underrated , thus the redo and storage. Been able to buy and fix up a few and make enough to support my habbit. It's funny. I will sell a car of mine I fixed up for 60k but I wouldn't spend that much for one up front. I joined up with a couple of investors and bought 6 cars one time. Borrowed most of my portion. Then I fixed up each car and made enough on selling 5 that I got to keep one of the classics for little or nothing.

Streetside Classics I Atlanta sucks. Sold me a an '82 Caddy Coupe Deville. Showed up with dead battery (delivery driver was pissed), a/c didn't work, car pulled right (frame damage). Buncha clowns. BEWARE.
