Join us for a session of the BC Brain Wellness Program's Strength and Balance Level 2 class! In this class, both a standing and seated version of each exercise is offered side by side for your own preferences.

Participation in our online classes or any videos contained in this group will be done at your own risk. Please ensure you have the space needed to follow the exercises and that there are no obstacles or barriers in your way and please use your own judgment when deciding to do a specific exercise, only do them when feeling safe to do so. Vancouver Coastal Health, UBC and related programs including but not limited to the Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health, the Brain Wellness Program, the School of Physiotherapy, and the Allan McGavin Sports Medicine Clinic will not be held liable for accidents or incidents that may occur as a consequence of participation in the online program.
