So interesting - I always wondered what arm wrestlers like Riekerd should do to counter someone like yourself with superior outside game. Is there any way to do it other than just vastly superior cup/wrist flexion? Should Riekerd just try his best to go outside with you? What do you think would be his best option/vector to train?

Good question. Someone like Riekerd would be best utilising his long levers to force it inside. If he tried to match me up top his wrist and pronation would disengage him. As a relatively new puller, he has enormous fundamental strength but is still new when it comes to the wrist. If inwas coaching him to beat me, it'd be wrist up, hookers deep grip, as much load in the bicep as possible, then aim to push me off centre at the go, and when his wrist goes back, flop press
