10:30 pm. I used a machine like this at PT and a wellness gym. It is the best way to stay healthy.

Just starting on my teeter Before this more structured routine, I was at level 1, my quads gave out in less than 2 minutes. Adjustments in position, which I still question as to optimal settings, seemed to help with feeling less resistance, tho not by much This video - i love the flow, repeat explanations, etc., but cannot get past 13 RPM. I have always been in decent shape, steady weight for years, no stamina issues But since an auto accident 2.5 years ago, I am horribly reconditioned, due to lots of pain everywhere, and needing surgery Any suggestions, besides continuing on, and doing the Freestep "to tolerance"? Thanks! Thanks

Hi there! How long have you had your FreeStep? Some of these videos were made when the console only read in kilometers per hour which is why you may be seeing a discrepancy in how fast you are going versus the instructor. If you have a newer FreeStep you can toggle between miles per hour and kilometers per hour. The prompts are there as a guide but listen to your body and use them as a reference point as you continue to build endurance. If you'd like more detail on this please feel free to give our Teeter Products Expert a call at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).
