My weight training coach in college told me " we arent training for today, we are training so we can do it again tomorrow." Totally changed my view on lifting.

I appreciate the nod and respect to *Starting Strength 3rd addition*. If you are new or if you've never really studied the compound lifts and don't understand the difference between "working out" and "training" it is an invaluable resource and the kindle version is $10. I read it in my late 40's and it *changed everything* ... and that is after three decades of lifting.

Mark, have you read any of the articles that Marty Gallagher has written on FB and many of the sports mags? He used to train at Mark Chaillet's in Md. I think you can find him online also.
