I would recommend doing large compound exercises like squats and deadlifts first. And it'll be easier on your knees and recruit more muscle fibers if you squat down a little more (parallel or lower)

how would you plan a total body workout? Don't you think those are better for skill sports like tkd? Since you need time to train techniques as well, maybe do whole body 2 or 3 times a week? Do you have videos discussing strategy in sparring as well? I think that's where martial arts are not as scientific as boxing, we make the athletes develop fighting strategies by themselves, whereas in boxing, it is the coaches who develop strategies by looking at their own fighters and opponents.

@TaeKwonDoHelpers it's the same principle as in all exercises- too much at once and you injure yourself.

This is not how you workout legs if you do martial arts! There are two ways: Kick bags HARD and Squat all the way down. If you only go to the bench you blow out your knees. Also you have to squat ATG to work glutes and hammies otherwise your only working quads. But I like the rest of your videos Woo!

Nooriskandar bin subehan ....u just ..needed to stretch well ....after every set ...of exercise ........and never do it regularly ....maximum ...2days ..a week ...with interval of ....3 days .....but I performs it just at Saturdays ....because ..I gets time to recover ......and. ..then ...again at next Saturday ..........because sunday is holiday. .. at I didn't even performs any type of training .......at Sundays ......not even ..taekwondo. ...
