When pushing my butt against the wall, it pushes my back perfectly flat against the ground. I think I'm missing something, maybe range of motion? Oh, rewatched and you didn't say butt against the wall just close. How much distance would be expected from the wall to butt?

I get really sore arches/feet after walking in vivobarefoot without the sole. Is that normal? Ive been walking in them for about a month, and they are sore everyday now. Feels like sore muscles, is it normal or should I be careful not overusing the muscles?

Yeah I would be cautious. Maybe do some foot exercises or stretches to figure out what the problem is
