For those wondering, the band Mike is using is the Suples HIRTS resistance band.

Recently accidentally found you. Your vedio's are Amazing. I lost my mother after taking care of her for years. How does one just walk away alone from someone who has been with them for 62 years? You sincerely lose your own showdow, your own soul in doing so. Your KZbin channel is amazing and encouraging Thank you

My sympathies. I believe it is impossible to break souls, cause the love is energy, it cannot just simply disappear, I believe you are going to meet your mother soul when you past away too :( Good luck

Margaret Carlson Tani - I’d suggest following Mike’s KZbin channel directly as well. Search Mike Salemi.

This band is standard equipment for wrestling, judo and sambo training in Russia. It actually goes in pair and with the belt on which you can attach the band for single leg, double leg, sprawl and footwork practice

Haassan1 - He’s Italian, and been getting those jokes since childhood. “Pepper jerkey Mike” was one of them. Get his name right - it’s Sal-em-i!

Awesome content. Josh, are you doing any weighted training these days to mix it up or all bodyweight / movement based? I've never tried kettbell training. Wondering what your experience has been in this area.

Thanks for the video! How can i find out about the right entry weight for the kettle? Is there a hint like ... able to do x times curls or smth with it then you are good to start with? because the final exercise seems pretty intense.
