You do notice that you changed your rhythm when and stressed words when you practice “ an equal amount of time between the stressed sounds in a sentence where possible’. As a native speaker, you stressed between, and seemed very happy for doing it. As a lecture, I think you should prepare better this tutorial

Thank you for your feedback. I welcome negative feedback as much as positive feedback, as we can always improve. On the point you make, the issue is that native English speakers usually tend towards maintaining rhythm in longer passages of speech, but it is not always achievable at speed or due to the arrangement of phonemes - hence the words "where possible". In addition, there are times where we will deliberately stress particular words outside of the rhythm pattern in order to draw a listener's attention to something. So, whilst the aim to create rhythm is like an inner-built desire in a native speaker, it isn't the same as a grammatical rule which cannot be broken. I apologise if I didn't make this clear and I will endeavour to improve clarity in future videos.
