The screw in a group got only 1/5 of the reacting element compared to the unloaded screw. Next time consider loading the screw with a nonreactive load, like rubber.

Load is not representative of a load on a real screw. A good way to cause loading might be to screw it into something that will result in many lbs of force on the screw rather than just a tiny weight. I would suggest a machine screw, and put it through say a plastic tube with nut on the end and tighten it up. Make sure the solution can easily get into the tube. I would also suggest stirring.
