An old book called, “Teach your child to go to sleep,” instructs: - put baby to bed after bedtime routine. - set timer for five minutes and go back in and look at baby; let him see you, but don’t pick him up and walk out. - set timer for 10 minutes, go back in and look at baby reassuring him that you’re still there and walk out. - set the timer for 15 minutes and do the same. Keep stretching out the time in min increments until he goes to sleep. No lie, my daughter cried for about 45 minutes, but after 2 weeks, she learned how to go to sleep knowing mommy’s still there. Took her about two weeks to learn to go to sleep at bedtime. I also played lullabies with mommy heartbeats. She was three months old.

Brit is the BEST! giiirrllll all the stuff on your plate and you do it mostly with a smile. Would love to see you and hubby do date nights. Or schedule some time every week to spend a couple hours together ...not working out or with kids!!! You look amazing for having 3 kids... i love youre doing the ice baths slowly!! Hi Britt, I can relate. I work out with my husband, who is a former weight lifter, body builder and he is a Marine and it is brutal!! He treats me like everyone else that he trains and I had to mentally grow to accept him as a trainer, as I am a runner, but I am appreciating it and it is paying off!! Love from The Bahamas 🇧🇸

I don’t know what stage you and the baby is at, but my mother had told me when you’re laying down for bed get a small Bala and put some cereal baby cereal in it and feed them night and nap. Tried it and see if it work.
