OPTIMA is the series of fully electric stretch blow moulding machines for PET bottle production with the volume up to 2.5 liter. Its construction is based on innovative but proven in industry technologies.
One of the key advantages of the machine is orientated ready bottle on the exit conveyor. It means that the bottle could be transported directly to the filling machine -- any additional orientating machines (unscramblers) are not needed.
The other benefit of using OPTIMA machines is high technology oven (HPTP) for preform thermal softening. This oven characterizes high efficient with low installed power and compact size. It results with low energy consumption, so the unit cost of the bottle production is minimized.
The usage of servomotors makes the work of closing unit much faster and very precise. It enables easy control of closing unit in each position. Machine operator has the possibility to precisely regulate power and speed of stretching bars work. Central lubrication system allows easy, fast and precise application of lubricant doses what reduces to minimum unnecessary stops of the machine and service time.
