In my experience Epidural lagauna teti garo hudaina don’t worry. Tetibela ko aru pain heri teo ta dherai minor kura ho. Tara aauta kura epidural lagaunu agadi 5cm open navai lagauna hudaina jati dukhe pani. Ani arko kura epidural lagaune le push garna chain ali garai hunchha baby nisakne bela ma.

Epidural liyesi you wont feel the suture plus baby on your chest is just wow moment that you wont feel any pain. But once epidural ko dose sakcha you will feel pain and burn but there is pain medication, use perineal ice pack, dermoplast spary and tucks. It helps a lot. Have a safe delivery

as Mini said, there is a procedure called episiotomy, where we give an intended cut to avoid perineal tear. you won't need anesthesia usually for that cut bt we surely give anesthesia while stitching it back. all the best both of you. have a safe delivery!

Nothing goes as per plan..I had my baby last year. I had my baby when I was abroad . It was hard to handle my pregnancy and pluse my postpartum too alone without support of parents bt situation really make you stronger sis so cool down, don't worry what ever will happen is for something good. I had 3 days labour pain bt was really happy at the end cause my baby was healthy after delivery. Don't be scare,we all women have God gifted power that we can tolerate every single pain. Just make sure do more yoga, stretching and exercises too which will really have you for normal deliver, eat healthy and be strong. Wish you a very safe delivery and healthy baby.lots of love 😍 😍

I don’t khnow how you guys are planning for the delivery, with my experience I suggest u to take epidural if u are going to have normal delivery, I think its very easy, infact maile ta hasdai hasdai joke gardai baby deliver gareko so I fell lucky in that matter. Good luck 👍
