I have lived in Saudi, I live in UAE now. Gulf countries are 10x better than South Asian countries, especially India where women are most unsafe and dark skinned people are look down. Indians shouldn't delude themselves by thinking they are better than Gulf countries, by seeing western Criticism. West criticises gulf countries for its reasons and from a specific lens. These lens however doesn't exist in India. India should focus first on its hunger issue than anything else.

Sir, i have stayed 7 months in UAE, felt it extremely good and didnt face any such situation. I still believe some of the strict laws are extremely good because we feel very much safe and secure. Even i have seen women/girls wear whtever they want (except nudity). I havent faced any issue with police/court till now, so i dont have any such experience. Bt i feel road laws, and henious crimes should be handled like they do.. Living in UAE, i didnt feel that i need to even lock my doors of house, or anyone could steal my car if kept unlocked. Even there is no fear if you are in remote place. Anyway India is best overall..👍
