You have two options as a parent. Either you know where your kids are, what they're doing and who with. Or you don't. Say yes and they'll call you if they're in trouble, they'll ask for a ride if someone pulls out sm stronger than weed, they'll respect and appreciate you. Say no and they're going behind your back and straight into a drug filled environment with no guidance.

my parents wouldnt even let me go to a party, there was no chore consitions nothing. just not allowed it sucked so bad. i didnt get to go to my first party until i left home at 21, and even at 18 when i was a legal adult, they wouldnt let me out after 10 while i was under their roof, and if i went out they tracked me and wouldnt let me hang out with anyone they didnt know or approve of. like bruh.
