Along with how most kids with overly strict parents are more likely to be depressed, have anxiety and they are more likely to just follow authority without question because they were conditioned to do that? Which, it might sound fine, but if that authority is misplaced, if the authority figure isn't a good role model, the person will collapse easier under peer-pressure then others. I’ve always been kinda bold, in the popular group. She’s very quiet and doesn’t really hang around the popular kids (except for me) so we’re opposites in certain ways. @@snc_luv it was pretty hard at first to hold my tears and control my emotions but as time passed i stopped overthinking, daydreaming, i believed in myself and in my thoughts to get better i started loving myself truely i no longer cared what others will think of me i took time for myself and every thing started when i first looked in the mirror and deep in my eyes and i said the i love myself, i believe in myself, im beautiful, i embrace the challenges in my life, i can do this, and I'm ready to get better and then i started saying these lines in front of mirror everyday and i worked it made me more confident and happier i also watched lots of youtube videos of how to be a better version of yourself and i did as they said like exercise, reading, and taking time to sit in a quite place and just relax my mind i also started to write my toughts down on a piece of paper when i was angry, it helped me relief all the stress and anger inside of me. over all i just believed that i can get better and i hope that you all can also love yourself and be happier. but remember that it will take some time but you will surely notice a change for the good in yourself and will mentally be more happier and stronger.😊

Dude just explained my whole life. My parents blame me for everything 24/7. Whenever i feel stressed or sad. I avoid going out but they blame me for everything, for example:- 'why did you not go to classes' or 'why are we wasting our money and time on you'. Well now i lie to them majority of the time and they call me a liar.i overthink everytime i am not doing everything,i overthink whenever i think about doing something and my parents blame me for that too. I just need someone who i can talk too and who really cares about me and my mental state. I just had another sleep paralysis 2 days ago....... I wish i was not born as a human.
