Strictly Cheer is a way for me to spread my knowledge to anyone who is willing to learn.
I am not a fast learner; However, I always push to learn everything correctly and effectively. I don’t believe every athlete needs to fail 5000 times before they finally learn, I believe they can learn from my mistakes so that they can grow.

This is the first time I've seen Gauge coaching a young student and I'm not gonna lie, it made me a bit emotional. Progressing toward mastery in any endeavor is life-affirming. Building self-confidence is a process and valuable life skill. It doesn't just happen overnight, but is based on the accumulated building blocks of repetitious effort and affirmation. More often than not, confidence in one area of life spills over into other areas. What Anna is learning at such a young age, through Gauge's expert instruction and affirmation, she will benefit from for the rest of her life! 😊 Great stuff!

This was SO MUCH FUN to watch. I've always felt like you are such a generous coach, and the trust you build is amazing. To get to hear you talking your student thru, the drills you do to show her what she needs to do, how you explain what went wrong and how to fix it. Honestly I could watch hours of this 😊

Mad respect for teaching the next generation.
