I have watched multiple videos where Mike mentions the Korean bone broths not being salted and I just wanted to say that they do that to allow you to adjust the seasoning to your preference--- but it also gives you the chance to taste the authenticity of the broth, since you can usually taste other things like chemicals/additives if it's not real. Real bone broth will arrive unsalted with no flavorings, because you can't fake that rich+plain bone broth flavor normally. A lot of traditional Korean foods are also medicinal, so bone broths will usually arrive plain to showcase quality and allow you to customize the flavor(s).

He actually has. Granted, it'd be cool to see another but Mike posted a video less than a year ago or so. He was living in New York at the time. I always use long toothpicks as chopsticks. Other Asian, too, not only chinese people (and some chinese think it was hilarious). It's very common around Asia countries because it's cheaper than chopsticks, so street food eateries give it for the customers instead of chopsticks.

For more information, chinatown in Incheon were the chinese people who came way back in the 1900s and 1910s from shandong region, and mostly they were kuomintang supporters so it's common to see taiwanese flags there. Meanwhile chinatown in Daelim, Seoul is mostly ethinically korean chinese from the northeast (mostly yanbian region in jilin) so these two chinatowns are very different.
