Most of the time in-laws pass on their ancestral assets during such rituals which can be in the form of gold, silver etc. which shouldn't be counted under "stridhan" it's the asset of that man and his family and after divorce if he wants to marry someone else then he should have those assets to gift to that lady who will actually spend her life with him.. Women should get or claim those cash, jewelleries or gifts which she brought from her maternal home.. As a woman I do need equality but not by suppressing the rights of other gender, this is not equality this is hypocrisy of Judiciary..

My matrimonial dispute compell to consider the Supreme Court that few women are misusing Act. I have all more than enough proof and evidence but still court despite the decision in my favour giving the priority to a woman who is fraud. Hence, before any judgement passed by Supreme Court, i pray such cases those are reveal the women wrong and malafide intensity. But, neither junior court nor high court is ready to hear a genuine voice or case. I pray to Supreme Court to take any decision think at least in which a man and his family members suffers. My whole family is suffering due to a well pre planning case by a woman. What to do and is there is meaning of equality as per define in our constitution. No there is not. I appeal to all courts to think before to announce or passed such decisions. Courts hears without any evidence and determine to announce the decision to set aside the true facts. All men are not bad and all women are not good. 🙏

Kerala women and culture is very different then the rest of India. It is very common for women not to hand over jewellery to her inlaws or husband. Kerala culture is matrilineal based. What happened to the gold jewellery? This is very important to know. Kerala court was right in its judgement. Police investigation should have been done to find the matter. Only after that the court should have given the verdict. It is unfortunate a Delhi based court, the highest court, delivered a verdict like this. Prejudice, generalization and stereotype was used to deliver the verdict. Court forgot Hinduism is diverse and each region, states culture varies.
