Beast is my favorite out of this bunch because of the personal growth he represents. His mutant power was big feet, thats it, he was uncomfortable, wanted to be normal, accidentally made himself much further from normal, but in the end embraced it, he embraced who he was, and hes amazing. Thats just a good story. I dig it.

My favorite Astonishing X-Men is Beast. Always felt like I could relate to him the most out of all the X-Men and I was really hyped to see him come to the game last year. And now more of his astonishing friends are here, so I am hyped for the entire team! :D

Bishop is my favourite character because MSF is like a several months long chess game where you have to plan your route carefully and be prepared for surprises. Being able to strike diagonally when circumstances change and someone becomes fountainable is key to taking home the victory.

Ice pick the Iceman as my favorite Astonishing X-man... my reason for choosing him is a little funny but not really. 😅 I have a confession to make... when I was in the fourth grade in 1993 I went to this Toys R Us and got caught steeling the Iceman action figure and was scared straight! The called the police and they took my info and dropped me home. To my surprise my father didn’t discipline me but rather acted cold towards me and I knew never to steel again... any time soon. I've been a huge ice man fan from the 90's back when I used to wish I had ice powers. He's super cool! *Wink wink* In the team, I really like the persistent application of slow. The new characters having passive abilities that affect the enemy team even when it's not their turn brings an interesting dynamic to the game. I love it!

Bishop looks absolutely insane. Since hearing he was the character I went and started reading his comics now and I have to say he is one dope dude. His ability cooldowns are also so insanely low I can't not get him, pseudo damage/tank, dope design. Now, I'd prefer the Hydra pin... but I'll take Bob, Agent of Hydra for MSF instead too. :)

I loved Bishop from the moment he first appeared way back when (still have the comic I bought in my collection). His back story was very clever and how over time the Xavier ideals had been distorted so they saw themselves as policing mutants rather than helping homo superior and homo sapiens alike. I also love his role in Age of Apocalypse were because he was a "man out of time" he was not directly affected by the events caused by Legion and was able to show Legion the catastrophic effect caused by him trying to kill Magneto. Last but not least - he was just coooool

yeah, i noticed this too. Because that is an issue players have, the follow-up/counter/assist mechanism is hidden, we have to rely on MSF.gg site in order to find out what their bonus attack actually is-and many times it's very different from their basic. It did seem like he was elaborating on his comment but they edited it to cut it midway (at 7:56 for those who didn't catch it). Really odd/suspicious for them to do such a clunky edit

Iceman would be my favorite of the 5 Astonishing X-Men in MARVEL Strike Force. Robert "Bobby" Drake was an original X-Men, dating back to the original X-Men comic in 1963. He used to look like a giant snowman early on and eventually had a redesign to look more like a frozen human. His current design is considerably "cooler" than previously. Iceman has been a part of many teams besides just X-Men (including X-Factor, Defenders, Marauders, and Fantastic Four - Lets have multiple tags on this bad boy MSF!). I always loved the way he froze the water particles in the air and used it to basically ice surf anywhere. As a kid, I always thought that was "astonishing"! I remember watching the X-Men Animated Series and was disappointed that the entire original team was not a part of the cartoon. I was very happy when they had the Iceman episode(s) and explained that he was an original member but left. This also means that 4 of the 5 original X-Men have made its way into MSF. I know everyone wants Gambit/Rogue, but would love to have "Angel/Archangel" eventually make his way into the game as well (maybe whenever Apocalypse is introduced).
